 So get your secret password and bring your auction donation.

Silent Auction & Wine Event • Hilton, Branson, MO


The Silent Auction will take place multiple times during the weekend in hour increments.

This will bring some intense bidding and fun for all! At the Speak Easy Event, we will be

bidding on three to four large items. So sign up, donate and join us at this Hy-Pac event.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind when preparing items for the Silent

Auction:

• Value should be at least $25.

• Individual items that have been up for auction in the past have included: Artwork,

crafts, gift baskets, themed items, gift certificates, etc.

• Please contact Stacie Scrivner, stacie_rdh@sbcglobal.net, if you have special needs

in handling your auction items or just have auction questions by September 30, 2010.

We might be able to include details regarding special auction items for attendees in

their packets.

• Bring all items to MDHA Annual Session Registration on Friday, October 15, by

noon. Please have all details about items (including value) and any frame or stand

needed to display the item with you.
